This 6 unit apartment listing showcased the incredible surrounding neighbourhood and upcoming potential here. Although none of the individual units were filmed, for tenants privacy, we were still able to showcase the incredible property and surrounding area.

With a firm deal within a certain timeline, this sale even came with your own baby goat to really kick off the hobby farm lifestyle right! This 44 acre farmhouse sold in a short 12 days.

This 7.4 acre, 2.5 storey farmhouse was overflowing with potential but needed the right buyers to pour their love into it and bring this home back to life. It is very rare that I have the opportunity like this to shoot a before & after video. It's quite the transformation.

This seller called us because she loved the goats on my farm. Although this wasn't a rural listing, we wanted to do something different to showcase the property, and we brought one of our kids in!
